I'm afraid I didn't get a whole lot done this past week,
but I did have a chance to talk with James and Roger about
the new editorial features, and between the three of us we
agreed that we would work on figuring out what date to
associate with the roll-out of that stuff. So, more on that

So for example, from

those with editorial powers will be able to *edit
content*, *add and delete coauthors*, and *change the
object's tags*.

Editors can also confer editorial powers to others, and
the whole apparatus will be overseen by the board.

The way we planned it in this conversation, there would be
three layers of tags: tags that only editors can change,
tags that authors can change, and tags that anyone in the
community can change.
